BSKF All Grade Seminar

Bristol Dojo had the pleasure of hosting the British Shorinji Kempo Federation for an all-grade seminar last weekend. Students from across the country gathered to learn from a selection of the best teachers in the federation, including the Chief Instructor of the BSKF.

As well as the basics and techniques you would expect from any class, special sessions were held on rolls, breaking balance, sparring, and healing techniques.

We even found time to squeeze in a grading – well done to our new yellow and orange belts!

Everyone present worked hard and learned a lot. Of course, it wasn’t all about hard work. There was time for a little socialising too!
